Job Position – Nurse

Project: High-Rise Building Construction Project
Hiring a dedicated and qualified Male with a valid MOH License to join our construction project team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first aid, medical assistance, and health support services to employees on site while ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
Requirements:
-Valid MOH License (Mandatory)
-Minimum 3–5 years of nursing experience in the UAE
-Previous experience in a construction site, industrial, or occupational health environment will be an advantage
-Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to respond effectively to medical emergencies and workplace incidents
-Knowledge of occupational health and safety practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first aid and emergency medical care to site personnel.
Maintain and manage the site clinic and medical records.
Conduct regular health monitoring and employee wellness checks.
Assist in implementing occupational health and safety programs.
Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and emergency services when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE health regulations.
