Job Position – Operations Administrator

Hiring a highly organized and detail-oriented to support our daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating operational activities, maintaining records, and supporting the overall efficiency of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and oversee daily administrative and operational tasks.
– Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation
– Assist with scheduling, planning, and organizing meetings, events, and operational activities.
– Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and tracking documents.
– Monitor office and operational supplies; coordinate procurement when needed.
– Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
– Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
– Provide administrative support for HR tasks such as onboarding, timesheets, or training coordination.
– Track and report on KPIs, project progress, and operational performance metrics.
– Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
– Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate as necessary.
– Carry out any additional duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
– 2–4 years of experience in administrative roles.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
– Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
– Strong time management and prioritize skills.
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
– Previous experience in the aviation industry.
