Job Position – Personal Branding & PR Assistant

Location – Dubai, UAE
Bartawi Group is looking for a highly creative and strategic Personal Branding & Public Relations Assistant to work closely with the Group CEO and Executive Management Team. This is a high-impact role focused on building executive presence, corporate visibility, media engagement, and digital thought leadership across professional and social platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and elevate the CEO’s personal brand and public image
– Develop LinkedIn content, articles, speeches, interviews, and executive communications
– Lead content creation, photography, videography, and social media production
– Manage PR opportunities, media appearances, podcasts, speaking engagements, and industry events
– Create and manage content calendars and engagement strategies
– Monitor industry trends, audience engagement, and media visibility
– Coordinate with marketing teams and external agencies for branding initiatives
– Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels
Requirements:
– 5–10 years of UAE experience in Branding, PR, Corporate Communications, or Social Media
– Arabic & English proficiency is mandatory (written & spoken)
– Strong expertise in LinkedIn, executive branding, content strategy, and digital marketing
– Excellent copywriting, communication, and project management skills
– Experience in Construction, Real Estate, or Corporate Groups is an advantage
