Job Position – Production In Charge

Job Type: Full Time.
Key Responsibilities
End to end responsible for all interior fitout and joinery production process & ensuring all products meet quality standards and specifications.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to meet project timelines and budgets.
Managing Inventory and timely procurement by the way of minimizing wastage.
Implement and adhere safety protocols to ensure safe working environment.
Train and supervise production staff, fostering culture of improvement and skill enhancement.
Monitor production schedules and meeting deadlines without compromising
Quality.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery , coordinating maintenance and repairs to prevent downtime.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management in Interior Fitout and joinery industry.
Proven expertise in lean manufacturing principles and quality control methodologies.
Familiarity with CAD software and woodworking machinery is essential for effective communication with design teams.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality standards.
Willingness to work flexible hours and physically engage in a hands-on production environment as needed.
