Job Position – Purchase Supervisor

Hiring a Proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in hospital procurement and supply chain operations to support our growing healthcare network.
Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Requirements:
-Mandatory UAE experience as a Purchase Supervisor or in a similar procurement role within a hospital or healthcare facility
-Strong knowledge of healthcare procurement processes, vendor management, and inventory control
-Experience sourcing medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, consumables, and general hospital supplies
-Excellent negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
-Familiarity with ERP/procurement systems and UAE healthcare procurement practices
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage day-to-day procurement activities and ensure timely purchasing of hospital supplies
-Develop and maintain relationships with approved vendors and suppliers
-Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules to achieve cost efficiency
-Coordinate with internal departments to ensure uninterrupted supply of materials and services
-Monitor inventory levels and ensure compliance with procurement policies and quality standards
