Quantity Surveyor / Estimator

Hiring an experienced to join our growing Interior Fit-Out team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare accurate BOQs (Bills of Quantities), quantity take-offs, and cost estimates
-Analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents
-Prepare quotations and pricing proposals
-Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
-Monitor project costs and support commercial activities throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
-Proven experience in Interior Fit-Out estimation and quantity surveying
-Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation
-Experience in preparing quotations and managing supplier/subcontractor inquiries
-Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
-Proficiency in MS Office and estimation software
-Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory
-Must be available for immediate joining
