With three exciting restaurant concepts launching over the next 12 months, we’re searching for a passionate Reservations & Reception Manager to lead our front-of-house reservations experience and help shape the future of our brands.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in fast-paced, high-volume restaurants and international hospitality brands
A natural leader who inspires, coaches, and develops their team
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Confident in managing reservation systems, guest databases, and table optimization
Able to control the daily flow of reservations while maximizing guest satisfaction and business performance
Passionate about building genuine, long-lasting relationships with guests and creating memorable first impressions
Someone who embodies the Blue Coral Concepts DNA, warmth, personality, authenticity, energy, and a relentless commitment to exceptional hospitality
