Job Position – Restaurant General Manager

For an exceptional Restaurant General Manager, experienced in well renowned international culinary concepts/restaurant brands to join the team!
Someone with the ability to create a unique guest experience.
Plays a significant role in maximizing financial performance and attracting hotel and non-hotel guests by understanding the local market and effectively positioning the outlet.
Is a team player, a strong leader and can take initiative, especially during peak periods.
Has excellent international beverage knowledge and will be managing the property’s liquor inventories and controls.
Manages the restaurant’s daily shift operations, supervision of staff with the ability to determine and implement training needs.
Is passionate about hospitality and strives for high guest and employee satisfaction.
Experience in GCC is preferred.
