Job Position – Retail Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
-Receive and engage with customers to understand their requirements.
-Introduce various product offerings and facilitate customer buying decisions.
-Prepare product estimates and complete sales transactions.
-Achieve category-wise sales targets for the allocated section.
-Maintain daily stock records, including opening and closing stock counts.
-Monitor stock levels and ensure adequate inventory availability.
-Report sold stock for timely replenishment.
-Monitor dead stock and coordinate with the Store Manager to minimize the same.
-Ensure proper and attractive product display while maintaining hygiene standards.
-Maintain the safety and security of jewellery stock and report any potential theft concerns promptly.
-Address customer queries and complaints with appropriate solutions.
-Support marketing activities, customer visits, and exhibitions.
-Identify potential customers and refer them to the store.
-Adhere to store cost-saving practices and operational procedures.
-Build and maintain professional relationships within the industry to improve store-level processes.
