Job Position – Sales Coordinator

To join team and support sales operations through order processing, shipment coordination, and documentation.
Location : Riyadh
Key Responsibilities:
– Handle order processing and sales coordination activities
– Coordinate shipments and delivery schedules with logistics teams
– Prepare and manage sales documentation and records
– Support the sales team with daily operational tasks
– Ensure accurate data entry and reporting
– Follow up on customer orders and internal approvals
– Maintain smooth communication between departments
Requirements:
– Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
– Good command of English (written & spoken)
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Good organizational and time management skills
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
– Strong communication and teamwork abilities
– Previous experience in sales coordination or admin support is a plus
