Job Position – Sales Coordinator
Company Name – MAHY Khoory
Job Location: Abu Dhabi – KEZAD
Duties & Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries, quotations, orders, pricing and delivery.
Coordinate with the external sales team and internal departments.
Follow up on orders, production and deliveries.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain customer and order records in ERP/CPMS systems.
Support the complete sales process from inquiry to delivery.
NB: Manufacturing company experience is mandatory for this role.
Requirements
3+ years UAE experience.
Corrugated packaging experience preferred.
ERP/CPMS experience mandatory; WITRON an advantage.
Excellent English & strong MS Excel skills.
