Job Summary:
Seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineers to join our Foundations Team based in Dubai – Jebel Ali Free Zone Office. The ideal candidate will have experience in structural steel and construction-related projects, with strong client handling and field sales capabilities.
This role involves client meetings, project site visits, technical sales support, and coordination for rental division activities. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, technical understanding of civil/construction engineering concepts, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and project stakeholders. Candidates currently settled locally in Dubai are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
– Promote and support the sales of foundation and structural steel solutions within the construction industry.
– Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for the rental division.
– Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and project discussions with consultants, contractors, and customers.
– Perform regular field visits and site inspections to understand project requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
– Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical submittals in coordination with internal teams.
– Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
– Coordinate with operations, engineering, and project teams for smooth execution and delivery.
– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements within the UAE construction sector.
– Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
– Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM updates.
Mandatory Requirements:
– Degree in Civil Engineering
– 2–4 years of experience in Sales Engineering within construction, foundations, structural steel, or related industries
– Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
– Strong understanding of construction projects and engineering concepts
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Willingness to travel for client meetings and project site visits
– Candidates must be currently residing in Dubai/UAE
Preferred Skills:
– Experience in rental division sales
– Knowledge of foundation systems and structural steel products
– Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
– Ability to read technical drawings and project specifications
– Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools
– Arabic language proficiency will be an added advantage for female candidates
