Job Position – Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities
– Generate new business opportunities for swimming pool and landscaping maintenance contracts.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and property management companies.
– Conduct site visits, understand client requirements, and prepare suitable technical/commercial proposals.
– Prepare quotations, BOQs, proposals, and maintenance contracts.
– Follow up on leads, quotations, negotiations, and contract closures.
– Coordinate with the technical and maintenance teams to ensure proper project handover.
– Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
– Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients for renewals and additional services.
Requirements
– Proven experience in sales/business development, preferably in swimming pools, landscaping, or facility maintenance.
– Good technical knowledge of swimming pool and landscaping maintenance.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– UAE market experience and an existing client network will be an advantage.
– UAE driving license is preferred.
– Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
