About the Role:
Looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive – Property Management to join our growing team. The primary objective of this role is to expand our property management portfolio by identifying and acquiring new residential and commercial properties for management under our company. The ideal candidate should have strong networking, marketing, and relationship-building skills with the ability to approach property owners, understand their requirements, and successfully convince them to entrust their properties to our management services.
Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and generate new business opportunities to expand our property management portfolio.
– Approach property owners through marketing, networking, referrals, and direct sales.
– Present and promote our property management services and value proposition.
– Convince property owners and onboard their properties under our management.
– Achieve monthly and annual portfolio acquisition targets.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
– Minimum 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales, business development, or property management.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
– Valid driving license preferred.
– Knowledge of Oman real estate market will be an advantage.
