Hiring for a dynamic and result-oriented Property Management to join our growing team. The primary objective of this role is to expand our property management portfolio by identifying and acquiring new residential and commercial properties for management under our company.
The ideal candidate should have strong networking, marketing, and relationship-building skills with the ability to approach property owners, understand their requirements, and successfully convince them to entrust their properties to our management services.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities to expand the company’s property management portfolio.
Conduct market research and locate potential property owners and investors.
Approach property owners through direct sales, networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
Present and promote the company’s property management services and value proposition.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, and investors.
Negotiate service agreements and successfully onboard new properties under company management.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and onboarding of acquired properties.
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase portfolio growth.
Attend client meetings, property visits, and networking events.
Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and conversion status.
Achieve monthly and annual portfolio acquisition targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the property management sector.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales, business development, or property management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
Valid driving license preferred.
Knowledge of Oman real estate market will be an advantage.
