Job Position – Sales Executive

This is a purely field-based sales and business development position focused on generating new business, expanding the customer base, managing key accounts, and building long-term commercial relationships across Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
Seeking candidates who have:
– Proven UAE field sales experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical supplies, or a related industry
– Strong business development and customer acquisition experience
– Existing knowledge of the UAE healthcare market and customer network
– Established relationships with pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, healthcare providers, and other institutional customers
– A strong track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth
– Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
– A valid UAE Driving Licence and willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities
Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to:
– Medical Representative activities
– Doctor/Pharmacy product promotion without direct commercial sales responsibility
– OTC or pharmacy counter sales
– Indoor sales
Specifically looking for professionals who can generate business, acquire and manage customers, negotiate commercial opportunities, achieve sales targets, and contribute directly to revenue growth.
