Job Position – Sales Manager

Are you a high-performing sales leader with a passion for luxury real estate?
To independently drive revenue through the sale of high-value properties in Dubai.
What You’ll Do:
– Develop and execute a personal sales strategy to meet and exceed targets
– Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients
– Identify and close sales opportunities in the luxury property market
– Lead high-stakes negotiations and provide tailored client solutions
– Stay ahead of market trends to outpace competitors
– Partner with third parties such as banks, brokers, and wealth managers
– Ensure smooth transaction processes and compliance with local regulations
What We’re Looking For:
-5+ years of experience in luxury property sales
-Proven track record of closing deals with high-net-worth individuals
-Strong understanding of the UAE property market (RERA certification preferred)
-Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
-Fluent in English (additional languages such as Arabic, French, Mandarin, Farsi, or Russian are a plus)
-Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently

– Salary: AED 20,000 – 30,000 (based on experience)
