The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in steel, rebar, building materials, or the construction industry, with strong knowledge of the UAE market and established relationships across key industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Commerce, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within the steel, rebar, building materials, or construction sector.
Strong knowledge of the UAE steel, rebar, and construction market.
Established understanding and business relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, traders, and other key market participants.
Proven experience in project acquisition, tendering, quotations, pricing, commercial negotiations, and key account management.
Strong understanding of credit management, customer payment terms, receivables, and collection follow-up.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP, CRM, or sales management systems.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Candidates must be currently based in the UAE and possess relevant UAE market experience.
