Job Position – Sales Support Coordinator
Preferably female
Key Responsibilities
-Provide administrative support to the sales team
-Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documents
-Coordinate with clients regarding inquiries, orders, and follow-ups
-Maintain and update customer records and databases
-Track sales orders and ensure timely delivery
-Assist in preparing sales reports and performance data
-Coordinate internally with logistics, finance, and operations teams
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
-3-5years experience in a sales support or administrative role
-Strong English communication and organizational skills
-Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
-Ability to multitask and work under pressure
-Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage
