Job Position – Senior Quantity Surveyor
Company Name – NEB
The ideal candidate must have a strong background in quantity surveying, with experience in managing large-scale construction projects. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying or a related field.
– At least 12 years’ experience in quantity surveying, with a track record of successful project delivery.
– Strong technical skills, with experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project managers, contractors, and clients.
– Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as Excel and project management software.
– Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as building codes and safety standards.
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
