Job Position – Store Keeper
Location – Qatar (Candidates available in Qatar only)
Nationality – Asian
Employment Type – Full Time
Salary – Qar 2500 – 3000 Accommodation + Transportation
Job Summary:
The Store Keeper is responsible for managing the daily operations of the store/warehouse, including receiving, storing, issuing materials, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring proper stock control procedures are followed.
Duties & Responsibilities:
– Receive deliveries and verify items against purchase orders and delivery notes
– Store materials properly according to company standards
– Maintain accurate stock records and inventory documentation
– Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies
– Prepare material issuance and receiving reports
– Perform regular inventory counts and reconciliation
– Ensure all materials are labeled and organized properly
– Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams
– Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the store area
– Handle loading/unloading activities when required
Qualification:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Store Keeper or Warehouse Assistant
– Familiarity with inventory systems and stock management processes
– Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting
– Good communication and organizational skills
