Job Position – Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities
– Source and attract qualified candidates via job portals, networks, and social media
– Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates
– Manage job postings and support employer branding initiatives
– Oversee the full recruitment cycle and maintain candidate communication
– Collaborate with Hiring Managers to align hiring strategies
– Maintain accurate records in ATS and internal HR systems

Key Skills Required
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Proven ability to assess candidates effectively
– Understanding of engineering roles and disciplines
– Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
– Strong time management and multitasking abilities
– Knowledge of labor laws and hiring practices

Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
– Prior experience in a similar role within engineering firms (mandatory)
– GCC experience
– Valid QID
