Job Position – Talent Acquisition Specialist

Hiring for a dynamic and experienced to join our Human Resources team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical positions.
-Source, screen, and interview candidates.
-Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
-Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
-Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the healthcare sector.
-Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
-Knowledge of UAE labor laws and healthcare recruitment is an advantage.
