Job Position – Transportation Coordinator

Salary: AED 4,500 – 5,000 (Including Fuel, Parking, Salik & Petrol Allowance)
Gender: Male Only
– Own Car & Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate daily transportation schedules and vehicle assignments.
– Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
– Monitor vehicle movements and maintain communication with drivers.
– Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE traffic regulations, and safety standards.
– Track vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, and transportation costs.
– Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, maintenance, and driver attendance.
– Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections to minimize downtime.
– Handle transportation-related issues, delays, and emergencies promptly.
– Prepare transportation reports and provide regular updates to management.
– Verify driver licenses, permits, and vehicle documentation are valid and up to date.
– Coordinate employee transportation and workforce mobilization when required.
– Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments regarding transportation requirements.
– Ensure proper allocation of vehicles based on operational needs.
– Monitor transportation budgets and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
– Assist in recruiting, scheduling, and supervising drivers and transportation staff.
Skills Required:
– Strong organizational and planning skills.
– Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
– Knowledge of UAE traffic regulations and transportation procedures.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
– Experience with GPS tracking and fleet management systems is an advantage.
Qualifications & Experience:
– Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
– 2–3 years of experience as a Transportation Coordinator.
– Valid UAE Driving License.
– Own Car is Mandatory.
