Hiring an experienced, energetic, and guest-focused to join a thriving Specialty Coffee Shop in Dubai.
This is an excellent opportunity for hospitality professionals who genuinely enjoy connecting with guests and creating memorable experiences. Personality, passion, and exceptional service skills are just as important as experience for this role.
What We’re Looking For:
-Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress within an independent café, specialty coffee shop, or casual dining concept in the UAE
-Strong understanding of customer service and hospitality standards
-Excellent communication skills in English
-A warm, outgoing, and confident personality with the ability to build genuine relationships with guests
-Passion for coffee culture and delivering exceptional guest experiences
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards
-Strong teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude
-Well-presented, professional, and customer-focused
-Currently based in the UAE and available to attend a face-to-face interview and trial shift in Dubai
-Available to join immediately
Package & Benefits:
AED 3,000 – 3,500 per month (depending on experience) +Tips
Medical Insurance
Employment Visa Provided
1 Day Off Per Week
30 Days Annual Leave
Public Holidays as per UAE Labour Law
Accommodation and transportation to be arranged by the candidate
